Palm Oil

Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from the reddish pulp of the fruit of oil palms. It is naturally reddish in colour due to its high beta-carotene content. Palm oil is one of few highly saturated vegetable fats and is semi-solid at room temperature. Like most plant-based product it contains very little cholesterol. Palm oil is a common cooking ingredient particularly in Africa, Southeast Asia and Brazil. It is also widely used in commercial food industry due to its lower cost and high oxidative stability for frying. We offer RBD (refined, bleached, deodorized) Palm oil.
